EnergyScape Residential Rooftop Structural Engineer Review & Stamp

Structural Engineering Review & PE Stamp Service

Turn your in-house drawings into AHJ-ready, code-compliant plans—without hiring a full-time engineer.

How It Works

1. Upload Your Plans – Send us your architectural, racking, or array-layout sheets (PDF, DWG, or Revit).

2. Expert Review – A licensed structural engineer (PE/SE) verifies load paths, attachment methods, and anchorage for local wind, snow, and seismic conditions (IBC/IRC, ASCE 7-16/22).

3. Calculations & Notes – We generate sealed calcs for dead, live, uplift, and point loads, plus fastener schedules, deck/rafter checks, and connection details.

4. Professional Stamp – Receive a signed and stamped structural letter or full plan sheet ready for permit submission—valid in all 50 U.S. states.

5. Revision Support – If the building department requests changes, we turn them around at no extra cost until approval.
